About this booklet

This book covers topics from looking after your mind and body to offering advice on activities to help you remember your sibling.

If you’re a professional:

Many professionals find these booklets useful as an aid for further conversation. We recommend taking each topic at a time. Many of those who use these booklets find going through a topic every session is the best way. If you are not running sessions with the young person, please guide an adult to our website and encourage them to follow this advice. The books are totally free, but if you are using these books during a for profit service or represent a large charity we expect a small donation to help cover printing costs.

If you’re a parent or carer:

These booklets can really help with encouraging conversation about particular topics. Sometimes conversations may throw up questions you don’t know the answer to, it is always best to be really honest. Please email us on hello@siblingsupport.co.uk if you have any questions about this booklet and remember, there are helplines available if you need support or advice in supporting a bereaved sibling.

“Thank you for these wonderful booklets, what a fantastic resource to have to hand. Sibling support is so important and sometimes siblings are unintentionally overlooked”
