Volunteer your skills
We’re always on the lookout for people to give their time and skills to help us grow.
To register your interest as a volunteer, please use the form at the bottom of this page.
Up until recently the charity was run entirely by volunteers with a mission to help siblings, so volunteering is in our blood.
We’re particularly on the look out for volunteers with certain skills and expertise including in copywriting, social media, grant applications and illustration. However, there’s lots of other opportunities, including packing our resources, shaking buckets at events, volunteering to fundraise and supporting admin to name but a few.
If you have experienced a sibling bereavement yourself and feel comfortable in sharing your story, please do get in touch if you would like to volunteer to speak about your experiences.
Volunteering is great fun, don’t just take our word for it.
“I started volunteering at Sibling Support after being introduced to their work by a friend. I began by packing boxes and taking them to the post office. After spending more time with the charity I became inspired to get more involved, so much that I ended up running a marathon for them.”

“I've volunteered for Sibling Support for nearly two years so far. It's been so rewarding, helping out with lots of different aspects of the charity, coming up with new ideas and helping out at events. I even got the opportunity to go to Downing Street!”

The death of a sibling at any age is detrimental. It’s even worse if effective support is not there from the start.
